Ashleigh oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, playing a central role in keeping the firm running efficiently and effectively. Her responsibilities span human resources, finance management, legal operations, administration and technology, and she is closely involved in the systems, processes and people that support the delivery of high-quality legal services.
With extensive experience in legal assistance and practice management, Ashleigh provides trusted operational and financial oversight, supports staff across all stages of employment, and helps maintain the policies, procedures and technology infrastructure that underpin the firm’s work .
