Ashleigh brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in legal assistance and practice management.

Charlie Watkins

Senior Legal Assistant

Charlie first joined Balmer & Associates in 2022, and has re-joined us again in 2025.

Currently in her 3rd year of a Bachelor of Laws at Swinburne, Charlie has years of dedicated experience in criminal and VLA procedure, and has also worked closely with barristers during her time working as a clerk at Foley's List.

Michael Terjung

Legal Assistant

Michael  joined the Balmer & Associates in 2024 as a Legal Assistant.

Michael is knowledgeable in criminal and VLA procedure and is dedicated to providing our team of lawyers with quality administrative support.
